JENNIFER LOW
OWNER OF JL NUTRITION CLINIC
I am a Registered Dietitian, with extensive NHS and private practice experience since 2007, both in the UK and New Zealand.
I set up JL Nutrition Clinic in 2012 & our small clinic combines years of evidence-based nutrition expertise, with experience and training in therapeutic modalities such as CBT-E, motivational interviewing and Guided Self Help.
Through my work and background degree in psychology I understand that emotional and psychological issues, as well as medications, can have a substantial influence on someone’s ability to follow a healthy lifestyle and recover from an eating disorder. I work effectively and gently with people to enable them to overcome these barriers. I have more recently trained in yin yoga and mindfulness meditation, and bring these elements into our work together where relevant.
It is such a privilege to work with my clients, supporting them on their journey towards the freedom that living without disordered eating gives.
