Does this sound familiar?
🍃 You feel stuck in cycles of restriction, overeating, guilt, or compensation
🍃 You struggle to trust yourself around food
🍃 You feel anxious around meals, eating socially or losing control
🍃 You feel trapped in chronic dieting or food rules
🍃 You want support that feels collaborative, compassionate and realistic
🍃 You are tired of trying to manage everything alone

Introducing the Holistic Recovery Pathway…
The Holistic Recovery Pathway is my 3 month programme for helping people move beyond food stress, food rules and eating struggles.
A calm, evidence-based 1-1 pathway guiding you towards recovery at a safe, manageable pace.
Together, we’ll take the time to understand what’s keeping you stuck and create a personalised approach that feels realistic, compassionate and achievable. My work combines evidence-based nutrition with an understanding that food struggles are rarely just about food.
We’ll look at the practical challenges, the emotional challenges, the habits and patterns that have developed over time, and the things that may be making change feel difficult.
We’ll focus on building trust, flexibility and confidence around food, one step at a time.
Through fully personalised Registered Dietitian-led sessions, practical tools, and ongoing support,
you’ll feel supported, more confident, and less overwhelmed.
It is an evidence-based recovery pathway that helps you:
💫Nourish your body safely, with guidance that fits your needs
💫Manage your fear, guilt, and uncertainty around food
💫 Build trust in your routines and body, finding emotional safety
💫 Move at a pace that feels safe and achievable to create lasting change
It’s adapted to where you are right now, helping you take steps without pressure.

What’s Included Inside The Holistic Recovery Pathway?
💫 Personalised one-to-one support
Understand what’s been keeping you stuck. Using the HRP framework we explore your eating patterns, health, nervous system responses and history so you can safely effectively move through the steps towards recovery.
💫 Food and mood diary
A shared food and mood diary can help us gently notice patterns around eating, emotions, stress, hunger, fullness and coping behaviours, allowing support to feel more joined up between sessions.
💫 The Holistic Recovery Pathway
A growing collection of resources, recordings and practical tools covering topics such as nutrition, body image, emotions, recovery, movement, hormones and wellbeing.
💫 Between session support
Receiving compassionate support and reassurance during difficult moments, helping you feel less alone and more supported between sessions.
💫 Flexibility to suit your pace
💫 Nourish and connect
Optional lunches during school term time, providing an opportunity to practise eating in a supportive environment and connect with others on a similar journey.

What my clients say…
“Before working with Jennifer, I felt completely stuck and overwhelmed. I had been in quasi-recovery for more than a year; mentally I felt drained. My head was constantly filled with calorie numbers, every food decision felt stressful, and I felt guilty no matter what I chose to eat. One of the things about Jennifer that has helped me the most is the way she communicates. She truly listens and supports me instead of labelling me and treating me like I’m just a number. Her voice notes and messages on hard days genuinely help me keep going. I feel supported, not analysed”.
“I’m truly grateful for Jennifer’s support, for her encouragement that keeps me going, our chats during lunch support (with her cats too!), and the voice notes she sends when I feel like giving up. Having someone who genuinely believes in me has made it possible to keep going, even when it gets hard.”
“I’m so grateful this is all so helpful. There are so many little useful reminders for keeping my brain on track”
“In the few weeks that I have started The Holistic Recovery Pathway, I am already getting used to a different mindset of not denying myself certain foods. For example, allowing myself to eat a piece of cake or pastry on occasion will not suddenly turn me into being grossly unfit and when I do give myself permission to eat something different that I deemed I can’t have, I don’t always want it!”

Frequently Asked Question’s
Do I need a formal eating disorder diagnosis to join The Holistic Recovery Pathway?
If you identify with disordered eating patterns or want a gentler, more sustainable relationship with food, you’re welcome here.
If you do have a formal diagnosis and are under medical care, I can collaborate with your team to ensure that everything we do aligns with your recovery plan.
Is this programme therapy?
No, this is not psychotherapy or counseling.
However, I understand both the emotional and physical aspects of recovery, which allows support to feel more joined up and compassionate. I can talk physiology and I can hold emotion. Both matter equally in recovery. The Holistic Recovery Pathway combines nutrition, behaviour change, and reflective practice to support recovery alongside (not instead of) therapy.
If you’re currently working with a therapist or mental health professional, this programme can complement that beautifully by focusing on the practical, nutritional, and daily-life side of recovery.
How much support will I have between sessions?
Responses are provided during agreed working hours, helping you stay supported while maintaining healthy boundaries.
This approach offers real-life reassurance without creating dependency.
What if I’m still in early recovery or under medical supervision?
We can adapt the pace, session frequency, and expectations to ensure your safety and wellbeing are prioritised above all else. The best next step is to book a free call and we’ll see how we can support you.
Can I stay on after the initial 3 months?
Yes, depending on your goals, we may need more than 3 months. Many clients then continue into longer-term ongoing support as confidence and independence gradually grow.
What if I have a setback or relapse during the programme?
The Pathway is designed to meet you with compassion wherever you are.
What if I’m not ready yet?
You’re welcome to book a free, no-pressure discovery call just to explore what support might feel right for you – no commitments, just a conversation.
