Hi I’m Jen,
I’m a registered dietitian with nearly two decades of experience supporting people with eating disorders, restrictive eating and difficult relationships with food.
Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of people who felt exhausted by constant thoughts about food, weight, exercise or body image, many of whom worried they were either “too much” or “not unwell enough” to deserve help.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative and grounded in evidence based care.
Alongside nutrition support, I’m passionate about helping people understand the wider emotional and nervous system factors that can keep food anxiety and rigid eating patterns stuck.
Recovery is rarely about “just eating differently”.
It’s about rebuilding safety, flexibility and trust over time.
